All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 2–4 business days

Express Delivery (Pakistan): 1–3 business days

For international orders, delivery times may vary (7–15 business days depending on location).

💲 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000 within Pakistan.

Standard shipping rates apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

📧 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS to monitor your package.

You can track your order on our website or via the courier’s tracking page.

❗ Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier service issues.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist you in tracking your package.

📮 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping charges may apply.
